Adding an ArborNote Paid Subscriber User Account:

STEP #1:

Go to the Settings tab and click on Team Members.

STEP #2:

Click on the ArborNote Users tab. From this window you have the option to add a new user, delete a user or update user permissions. Permissions details below.

Permissions:

  • Admin: Can access the ArborNote app with Admin permissions including the adding and removing of users, changing users’ permissions, performing Quickbooks Sync, and the downloading of customer information.  Cannot Access the ArborNote Works app.
  • Edit: Can access the ArborNote app, but without the Admin permissions as listed above.  Cannot access the ArborNote Works app.
  • Works:  Can access the ArborNote Works app (Crew App).  Cannot access the ArborNote app.
  • Admin & Works: Can access the ArborNote app with Admin permissions, and can also access the ArborNote Works app.
  • Edit & Works: Can access the ArborNote app with Edit permission, and can also access the ArborNote Works app.
  • Read Only:  Has limited access to the ArborNote app, but with Read Only access only, i.e. limited viewing but cannot edit anything.  Cannot access the ArborNote Works app.

Note: All users that are added with the Admin or Edit permissions will automatically be added as arborists and can be assigned to estimator scheduled appointments.

 

Adding Read Only users account:

STEP #1:

To permanently share one or more projects (only map & tree details) with a customer you can create a read only account by entering their email below and clicking on the blue "+" 

 

STEP #2:

The email address will then be added to your read only list (below). 

 

STEP #3:

Next, double click on the users email address to open the project assignment screen and select the project(s) you would like to share with that user. 

You will see those projects are now listed next to that user in the list. The user is then sent a welcome email to create a login to view those projects in read-only view.

 

Account Switch Access:

This tab shows users that have account switching access to that account branch (only applies to clients with multiple branches).
