ArborNote Sync to Quickbooks Online

Mapping your Quickbooks estimate to match the ArborNote proposal:

1. Log into your intuit account.
2. Click on the settings menu in the top right corner.
3. Select “Custom Form Styles”
4. Select “New Style” and “Estimate” from the drop down menu.
5. Set up and save template like the example below:

How to sync a proposal from the Desktop App:

1. Go to the Sales tab in the ArborNote Desktop app and select “Proposals” from the dropdown menu.
2. Highlight the proposal you would like to sync, click on the QB icon and select “Online”.

1. You will then get a notification once ArborNote connects to Quickbooks and there will be an option to create estimates.
2. Click on the blue “Create Estimate” button.
3. Your estimates will now be created in your Quickbooks Online account.

You can also sync multiple proposals at once by highlighting all to include and then clicking on the QB icon button.

How to sync a proposal from the Mobile app:

1. . From the main projects screen tap on the “Chart” icon in the top left portion of your mobile device.
2. Tap on “GTC Proposals”.
3. Tap on the proposal category for example “Completed” to view a list of completed proposals.
4. Find the proposal you would like to sync in the list and long hold until the “Change Proposal Status” options appear.
5. Tap on “Quickbooks Sync”
6. A notification will open confirming you have successfully logged into Quickbooks. You may be prompted to log in with your intuit password if not logged in already.
7. Tap on “Create Estimates”
8. A notification saying “Finished Creating Estimates” will let you know you have successfully synced your AN proposal to Quickbooks Online.
