Creating an Invoice

Option 1:

Creating an invoice from the invoice navigation tab:

  1. From the desktop navigation, click on "Invoices"
  2. Click on "Create New Invoice"

3. Select the proposal you would like to create an invoice for in the pop up window.

 

4. Review the invoice and add any important customer notes. 

5. You then have the option to "Save" the invoice or "Save and Email" which will open your customized template email message to send to your customer.

(Customize email message by going to: settings->email templates)

6. Review and manage all invoices from the main invoice table:

 

Option 2:

Creating an Invoice from the Proposals table:

  1. Clicking on Sales on the navigation and selecting "Managing Proposals".
  2. Select the proposal you would like to create an invoice for, scroll to the right and click on the invoice icon:

    3. From here the invoice will open allowing you to edit and save/email the invoice.
