Adding a Custom PDF Cover Letter to Proposals

Cover letter will apply to customer facing proposal links and pdfs.

1. From the desktop app navigation bar, click on 'Settings' and then select "Proposal Settings'.
2. Click on the 'Upload' button for the Cover Letter (see image below).

3. Choose the pdf file to upload from your computer.

4. Once uploaded, your cover letter will attached to all newly generated proposal PDF's.

5. To View or Delete your current cover letter go back to Settings->Proposal Settings.

Additional Proposal Settings:

Enable Fuel Surcharge - Allows you to set a default % to be added to proposals automatically.

Enable Waste Disposal Fee - Allows you to set a default % to be added to proposals automatically.

Require Lead Source - Requires the Lead Source field is completed to create proposal.

Require Billing Information - Requires billing information to create proposal.

Map - Allows you to set your map marker default preference.
