(Company-Wide Sales & Revenue Reporting)

Sales Proposal Reports provide visibility into:

  • Proposal pipeline activity

  • Revenue performance

  • Marketing effectiveness

  • Long-term planning

  • Billing progression

These reports are company-wide and do not require selecting a project.


Sales History

Purpose

Provides a detailed export of proposal lifecycle activity, including all statuses from Draft to Paid.

Best For

  • Tracking proposal pipeline movement

  • Measuring close rate

  • Evaluating sales rep performance

  • Reviewing proposal outcomes

  • Monitoring billing progression

How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Under Sales Proposal, select Sales History

  3. Choose a From and To date

  4. Select proposal Status (Draft, Submitted, Approved, Scheduled, Completed, Billed, Paid, Lost)

  5. Select Sales Person (optional)

  6. Click Export


Sales Summary

Purpose

Provides a high-level summary of revenue totals within a selected timeframe.

Best For

  • Executive revenue reporting

  • Quarterly and annual review meetings

  • Tracking overall sales growth

  • High-level financial overview

How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Sales Summary

  3. Choose a Date Range

  4. Click Export


Multi-Year Plan

Purpose

Generates a downloadable report of planned future services and long-term maintenance projections.

Best For

  • Annual client planning meetings

  • Budget forecasting

  • Recurring revenue forecasting

  • Long-term contract management

How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Multi-Year Plan

  3. Click Download

This report does not require filters.


Marketing Report

Purpose

Analyzes proposal performance by market, sales rep, species, objective, and status.

Best For

  • Market segmentation analysis

  • Sales performance evaluation

  • Identifying high-performing service types

  • Strategic growth planning

How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Marketing

  3. Choose a Date Range

  4. Select filters:

    • Sales Person

    • Market

    • Status

    • Species (optional)

    • Objective (optional)

  5. Click Export


Lead Source Report

Purpose

Exports lead data grouped by source within a selected date range.

Best For

  • Measuring marketing ROI

  • Tracking referral activity

  • Identifying growth channels

  • Evaluating lead generation trends

Setup Requirement

Before using this report, Lead Sources must be configured:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Under Proposals, select Lead Sources

  3. Enter a Lead Source Name and Description

  4. Click the + button to add

Examples:

  • Referral

  • Web Search

  • Repeat Client

  • HOA

  • Social Media

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Lead Source

  3. Choose a From and To date

  4. Click Lead Export


Invoicing Report

Purpose

Provides invoice-related activity within a selected timeframe.

Best For

  • Accounts receivable tracking

  • Identifying billing gaps

  • Monitoring revenue realization

  • Market-level revenue analysis

How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Invoicing Report

  3. Choose a Date Range

  4. Select:

    • Sales Person (optional)

    • Market (optional)

    • Status (Completed or Billed)

  5. Click Export

Lead Source → Proposal → Approval → Work → Billing → Revenue

  • Lead Source tracks where business originates
