Work Order Reports provide insight into:

  • Completed work

  • Operational performance

  • Crew efficiency

  • Job volume

  • Production accuracy

These reports help connect estimating, field execution, and revenue performance.


Production Report

Purpose

Measures operational efficiency by comparing:

  • Estimated hours

  • Actual hours (from Works App)

  • Estimated revenue

  • Material costs

  • Production rate

Production Rate = Revenue รท Actual Hours

This report evaluates crew productivity and estimating accuracy.


Best For

  • Reviewing crew efficiency

  • Identifying margin risk

  • Comparing estimated vs actual performance

  • Evaluating estimator accuracy

  • Monitoring revenue per labor hour


Data Requirements

To ensure accurate reporting:

  • Actual hours must be logged in the ArborNote Works App

  • Additional material costs must be entered in Work Orders โ†’ Manage Table

If hours or costs are missing, production rate calculations will be inaccurate.


How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Under Work Orders, select Production Report

  3. Choose a From and To date

  4. Select optional filters:

    • Resources

    • Sales Person

  5. Click Export


Work History Report

(Project Required)

Purpose

Provides a detailed export of completed work within a selected project.

This report focuses on service history at the project level.


Best For

  • Providing service history to clients

  • Preparing renewal discussions

  • Reviewing past work before new proposals

  • Audit documentation


How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Work History Report

  3. Choose a From and To date

  4. Select a Project

  5. Click Export

โš  A project must be selected for this report.


Work Order Report

(Company-Wide)

Purpose

Provides a company-wide export of all work orders within a selected date range.

Unlike Work History Report, this report:

  • Does not require project selection

  • Includes all projects

  • Provides a broad operational view


Best For

  • Operational audits

  • Reviewing company-wide job volume

  • Tracking workload trends

  • Executive-level reporting

  • Analyzing scheduling activity


How to Run This Report

  1. Click Reports

  2. Select Work Order Report

  3. Choose a From and To date

  4. Click Export
