Using Works App In Spanish

Have more questions? Submit a request

The Works app is now fully available in Spanish. Language is set per device from the app’s Settings menu, switches immediately, and is remembered the next time the app launches. It is included in your existing Works subscription at no additional cost.

Language is a per-device preference. A supervisor can work in English while the crew works in Spanish — each device keeps its own setting.

Step-by-step guide

At first launch, the app will follow the device language (Either Spanish or English), and afterwards, it will follow the settings the user sets in the Works App Settings.

1. Open Settings

From the Works app main menu, tap the Settings option.

2. Tap Language

Find the Language option in Settings. The currently active language is shown next to it — “English” or “Spanish”.

3. Select a language

Choose a language. The app switches immediately — no restart required. The preference is saved and remembered on the next app launch.

Frequently asked questions

Does this change the language for my whole company?
No. The setting applies to the device it is changed on. Every crew member controls their own.

Do I need to sign out or reinstall?
No. The interface updates as soon as you select the language, and the choice persists on the next launch.

Is any content still in English?
Text your organization writes — site names, service descriptions, notes, and custom templates — appears exactly as it was entered. The app interface itself is translated.

Does it cost anything?
No. Spanish is included in your current Works subscription.

Still need help?
