Manage Users

Adding Read Only users account:

STEP #1:

To permanently share one or more projects (only map & tree details) with a customer you can create a read only account by entering their email below and clicking on the blue "+" 

STEP #2:

The email address will then be added to your read only list (below). 

STEP #3:

Next, double click on the users email address to open the project assignment screen and select the project(s) you would like to share with that user. 

You will see those projects are now listed next to that user in the list. The user is then sent a welcome email to create a login to view those projects in read-only view.

Arborists:

This tab shows you the Arbornote edit users in your account that have been added as arborists for using the Estimator Scheduling tool.

Arbornote Users:

This tab shows all current Arbornote edit users in your account. 

*To add one of your edit users to the Arborist list; right click on their name and select "Add Arborist"
