Tree Groups - Desktop App

From the GTC List View:

1. From the desktop app, open the project and click on the GTC tab.
2. Select/Check the trees you would like to include in the group.
3. Enter the name for the group and click on "Create Group".

From the Map View:

1. From the desktop app, open the project and click on the Map tab.
2. Select/Check the Polygon option and then click on the map to drop red markers outside the perimeter of the trees you would like to select. You can also drag the red markers to reposition.
3. Once you have your tree selection shaded in red, click on the Polygon 'checkmark' icon to star your selection.
4. Lastly, Enter Group Name and click on "Create Group".

To Open an existing Group:

1. Click on the 'Actions' button and select "View Groups".
2. When the pop up window opens, double click on the group you wish to open.

To delete a group:

1. Highlight the group and click on the "Trash" icon.

To add trees to an existing group: 

1. Create a new group with the additional trees.
2. Highlight both groups from "view groups".
3. Enter a name for the new merged group and click on Merge Group.

To copy a group:

1. Highlight the group, enter name and click on Copy Group.

To delete trees from an existing group:

1.  Open the existing group.
2. Select only the trees you wish to keep in the group.
3. Resave as new group.
4. Delete original group.
