How to Create and Schedule PHC Work Orders
Once your Plant Health Care (PHC) proposal has been approved, you can schedule treatments as work orders and complete them using the Works app.
Step 1: Go to PHC Proposals in the desktop app.
- In the desktop app, go to Sales → Proposals
- Click on the Plant Health Care tab
- Click Create Work Order
Step 2: Schedule Treatments
The PHC Scheduler will open, where you can organize your treatments:
- The left side shows treatments that still need to be scheduled
- The right side shows treatments that have already been scheduled
Highlight the "Approved" treatments you wish to scheduler and click on "Add to Selected"
From the "Selected" tab, Highlight the treatments once again and click on "Create Work Order":
In the Pop-up Scheduler window:
- Enter the date, time, and assign technician
- Click Save
Step 3: Review and Send Work Orders
Once scheduled:
- Your work orders will appear on the right-hand side of the scheduler
- You can send them to customers by clicking the paper airplane icon
Step 4: View Work Orders in the Calendar
To see all scheduled PHC work:
- Go to Work Orders → Scheduler
- Locate the PHC calendar
Here, you’ll see all scheduled PHC work orders in calendar view.
Step 5: Complete Work in the Works App
Your team can complete these work orders in the Works app.
Before getting started:
- Open the Works app
- Go to Settings
- Turn on Plant Health Care
Once enabled, PHC work orders will be available for technicians to view and complete.
Helpful Tips
- You can schedule treatments one at a time or in stages
- The proposal status bar may show multiple statuses until all treatments are completed
- Click the status bar at any time to view detailed work order information
