Frequently asked questions
Do I need to upload a prompt or template file?
No. ArborNote manages the AI prompt and the New_Inventory_Import_Template.xlsx internally. Just upload your raw customer file.
Can I adjust the AI's results before importing?
Yes. Once the cleaned-up list appears, enter a prompt describing the change you want and the AI will refine the results.
Where does the imported data show up?
After you click Import, the data finishes importing and appears in both the map view and the list view.
