Creating 'Extra Work' Proposals - Works

Adding Extra Work to a Work Order + Creating an Extra Work Proposal (New Method):

1. Open the Work Order in the Works app and tap on "Add Extra Work" and complete the fields below:

2. Once the Extra Work is added to the Work Order in Works, you can now access the information from the Desktop app by opening the original Work Order in the Desktop app.

• While here you can edit the Extra Work details by clicking on the pencil before closing the Work Order.

3. Once the Work Order has been "Closed," an Extra Work Proposal will be created. The Extra Work Proposal number and link will appear in the Work Order summary and open the Extra Work Proposal.

4. You can now sync the Extra Work Proposal to QuickBooks from the Proposals page.
