Creating (PHC) Plant Health Care Proposals - Desktop

Creating a proposal for Plant Health care is simple. There are two ways to accomplish this within the list view, either by selecting within the list view or opening the 3-line hamburger menu. Let's go over both!

List view selection:

• Within the Plant Health Care section, go ahead and tick each treatment you wish to add to the proposal within the left-hand select bar like below:

Click the Create Proposal Button and you are ready to create a proposal:

3-Line Hamburger Creation:

• Go ahead and click the hamburger menu on the top left within the Plant Health Care tab. Now click on the Create Proposal button:

Within this section you will be brought to the proposal creation section, you will want to select which trees to include and you are all set:

Creating the proposal:

• Now you are within the proposal creation menu it is pretty easy from here! Just verify all the information on top and click the create button when you are happy. Please note that you can fully edit each PHC treatment using the highlight and edit selection area.

Next you will be brought to the proposal page. This is where you can give one last go-over before saving and sending the proposal out. If you are happy click the save button on the top right:

After saving you now will have the ability to Save it as PDF, Edit the Proposal, or send it out. You are all set to get your proposal going now!

From the Plant Health Care Tab go to the Three Bar Menu and select Create New Proposal.

The proposal window will open and the PHC proposal should already be selected at the top.

Enter proposal details and Click Create.

A Proposal Preview will open. Review and Click Save in the top right corner.

Click on the Plane icon to email the proposal.
